Guten Tag, esteemed representatives and colleagues.
After recent negotiations with my counterpart in the Gallic Navy, the Rheinwehr has signed a provisional agreement which aims to encourage future cooperation between the Houses that we both serve. As part of our agreement, we planned to request exemptions for merchant navy vessels and their escorts to enter House space.
Below are the general outlines for the vessels the Gallic Navy would like to secure permission for to enter Rheinland space. I decided against sending out specific details for each vessel at this point in time, but these can be appended if they are critical to your decision.
Callsign of the ship:
[GN], specific vessel names and hull numbers to follow.
Types of the ships:
Transports, Gunships (2 maximum as per the agreement), Snubcraft (4 maximum, my personal recommendation)
Names of the Captains:
List of names to follow upon provisional acceptance.
Ship papers/Affiliation:
Gallic Navy. Transponder details to follow for each vessel upon provisional acceptance.
Intentions in Rheinland:
Legal trade opportunities. Increasing visibility of existing vessels for potential investors. Inroads towards long-term contracts with Rheinland corporations.
Cargo (if any), which would be transported:
any unrestricted cargo. Main focus to likely be on high-value commodities such as Niobium.
Weapons installed on the ship (types and numbers):
standard transport and gunship defensive complements, standard snubcraft outfit. Specific details to follow upon provisional acceptance.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Alfred Henze
