We don't see the provisional license terms as a hurdle in your EFL contract in Cologne, nor a hurdle in cooperating with the Gallic National Intelligence in the Hebrides, both of which we would like to point out, have been initiated five years ago in a different geopolitical landscape.

Restricted technology and materials aside, you may also freely enter Gallia and conduct your business as long as any Law Enforcement officer provides you with an escort and protection.

Your license is provisional, meaning it is subject to change - reports of your conduct by Gallic corporations and Law Enforcement may alter the terms positively.
