Hello Rheinland Military

My Name is Dr. Isabella Saito, I am the Head of Psycology Services of MedForce Enterprises. I encountered one of your Ships a while ago and I want to ask you for your Help. I am a Doctor who Operates mostly in the Borderworlds but sometimes I also have to take a Shortcut through Rheinland to fly to a Patient. To be safe from the Dangers of the Borderworlds, especially the Nomands, Corsairs, and Outcasts I am using a Light Cloaking Device on my Dromedary Freighter. The Cloak has saved my life several Times During my Travels, especially Encounters with Nomad Warships are Highly Dangerous for a Small Ship like mine. I wasn't aware that my use of this Device in the Borderworlds would be a problem when I took a Shortcut through Rheinland, at least not till I met the [RM]RNC-Roon and its friendly Capitan. Sadly the Permits office has Denied me the "Fly-Trough License" that I had hoped to acquire. Maybe I should tell you a bit more about me and my situation so you can understand the reason why I need such a Device.

MFE is a donation-based company that works as a Non-Profit Organisation to Bring Medicine to those in need. The Suggestion of the Permits office to Hire Escorts would mean that we have to spend money that otherwise could be used to buy medicine or Finance Therapy for our Patients. Many People around the Borderworlds are dependent on our Services and we are on a Tight Budget most of the time. The use of a Cloaking Device is a Cheap Alternative to such Security Measures and saved my Life on Countless Occasions in the past. Like when a Nomad Surprised me once that had the size of a Battlecruiser while I was on the way to a Patient. Or when I could Hide from some Outcast Slave Hunters while I Delivered some Medicine to a Sick Patient. It is in Situations like this that I require the Services of the Cloak to stay Alive.

I know that such a Technology is seen as more Critical in House space and if I wouldn't put myself and my Patients at a Greater Risk I would take Alternative Routes throughout the world. But sometimes it is simply the Fastest way to fly through Rheinland when a Patient needs Immediate Emergency Care. I would be willing to accept any Restrictions by the Rheinland government and Military, and I don't intend to use the Cloak in Rheinland Space. All I ask for is Permission to Fly through Rheinland with the Device Mounted. I am willing to Sell all of my batteries before I Enter Rheinland Space, and of course, give you my Word to never use the Device.

I hope that you can help me in this and put in a Good Word for me and consider both the Reputation of MedForce Enterprises as a Neutral Non-Profit Medical Company. As well as my Own Reputation as a Mental Health Expert. I am just trying to do the right thing here and Respect the Laws of Rheinland while still Giving my Patients the Best Care that I can in the Fastest Time possible.
