From: Ari.Mire To: Revenant Command Subject: Obtaining a High Valued Transport
Greetings High Command.
While finishing my patrol in Omicron Mu, I headed back to Akabat to resupply and get my next assignment from my CO, While heading to meet my CO in Akabat bar, I was stopped by a colleague known by "Captain Brandon Cotton" he was troubled by the remains of his friends lost during the battle in Omicron Minor, He asked that if there were still "remains or bits of his friends ships" could i return them, I assured him this was not possible due to them already being searched but he insisted, I spoke to my CO and raised my concerns about Captain Brandon Cotton request, however my CO dismissed it and said it wasn’t possible as all the wrecks had been search for survivors and remains, I ask my CO to go on one last patrol to Omincon Minor before accepting my next assignment to document the wrecks and any findings, I was granted my request and i departed on my way to Omicron Minor.
*Enters Omicron Minor*
Upon entering the system I fly towards planet Toledo where the battle took place in search of order wrecks to start documenting. After spending the next several hours searching all the derelict wrecks of what were once proud honorable Order brothers and sisters, I had no such luck finding any remains or belongings. During my departure from the field of wrecks, I picked up Core transports on my scanners heading to Omicron Delta. I decided to follow them and see where they were headed.
*Enters Omicron Delta*
Upon entering i kept my distance and followed the two Core transports, by my surprise they were heading into the Tokelau Ice Cloud, I decided to use my cloaking device so i wouldn’t get detected by the Core Vessels, I soon realized they were rendezvousing with an unknown vessel showing up on my scanners to be a Liberty Super Transport, with this new discovery i decided to act quickly and moved in to intercept this mysterious vessel, as i decloaked and got within weapons range of the core vessels, they fled towards planet Nauru however my attention was on this Super Transport, The transport tried to get away and activated its cruiser engines, I fire off several Hornet disruptors but the transport dropped counter measures, the transport was getting away so I decided to fire another couple of hornets in my last ditch attempt before the vessel got out of my reach, however this time they hit and i closed the gap on the transport, after reaching the unknown vessel I ordered them to cut their engines, after at which i tried to hail them but to no avail, I decided to drop a Incapacitator torpedo into the transports broadside and managed to drop its shields, I take this opportunity to hail the vessel one more time.
*Seizing the Super Transport”
After hailing the vessel for a second time i still got no response, I took this opportunity to open fire on the vessel causing one of its armor panels to blow out leaving a entry point onto the ship, I decided to take this opportunity to board the vessel while leaving my co-pilot in command of “Sekhmet'' class bomber, I search the vessel in hopes of finding a crew, however no one seemed to be aboard the ship, dumbfounded as i was i decided to check the cargo hold incase they held themselves up there, after checking i found nothing not even any cargo, i guess i interrupt the offloading of the cargo the Core transport were carrying, i checked the weaponry it had mounted, but nothing out of the ordinary, after relaying my findings to my co-pilot, i decided to seize this transport for the use of Order operations, we take the vessel back to Planet Akabat and get it repaired and checked over by our science division, while waiting to hear back about the transport i report back to Captain Brandon Cotton, I hand over my documentation of the wrecks within the battlefield of Toledo and bid him farewell, Two weeks pass and after no findings were made the science division decided to released the ship back into my possession. I am now the proud owner of a Liberty Super Transport.
