[Balance/Art] Docking Lights on Kusari Train Ryujinn

Bug: Docking Lights are unable to be activated or de-activated

Reproduction Steps:

• Press L
  
• *nothing happens*
  
• - go to step 1 - +insert loop+
  

I tryied using a different keybind and nothing happens ...
Tried to re-set the lights and nothing happened, ... People wanted to be more "Specific" so i am filling this as requested by "Devs" ...

I left this picture as evidence the ship actually have the docking lights and show on pimpship, they just fail after the update of the event in Kyushu a little after, because i was able to use the lights with the keybind configured ...
Shipname is : SDF-K_Train (Dunno, maybe the ship has the lights broken and need a rechange ... in case that is the reason i want a replacement of my ship) xD
