Good day potential contractors. As mentioned previously in my announcement, we are willing to pay those who assist Technocrat forces in enforcing the Quarantine. We have received intel that various hostile vessels are inbound to seize, protect or 'assist' this facility.

Straight to the point, here are the details.

TARGETS: Anyone defending the Quantum Outpost. Liberty Lawfuls.
PAYMENT: 600,000 per confirmed kill. 850,000 payment for confirmed kill of suppliers headed to the facility. Failing that; 100,000 for assisting Technocrat forces in active combat. The assistance payment does not stack with kills.

CONDITIONS: Kansas system only. Time verification of the kill must be provided. For transports, please ensure you have a verified image shot of their cargo and ID. Kill conditions are only applicable during the active siege period (6.30pm-9pm) - OR when assisting Technocrat forces. Transports are exempt from this time window.

OPEN TO: Freelancers & Mercenaries, Zoners. Pirates. Rheinland Intel. Anyone in neutral standing with the Technocracy seeking to build a contract portfolio.

BONUS: +100,000 additional credits if the target is Order or BHG. +100,000 if claimant is an Affiliate. +200,000 if Aegis|
TIME: This contract will last for the duration of the siege.
