Do you have a cardamine dependency? If so, are you willing to use stabiline in the event of a local cardamine shortage?: No. But if I did, yes.
Personal History: I was born to parents employed by ALG, and a few years after earning my pilots license, worked for the Bounty Hunters Guild as a corporate escort. Somewhat inevitably, I ended up joining the family company, and befriended Nelly Sachs, the elderly president at the time. She was looking for a successor, and even though I was pretty young and didn't have any fancy business degrees, I ended up being her preferred candidate.
I wasn't really prepared for it at the time, but I somehow ended up in ALG's company president chair at 26.
I'd like to think I did a reasonable job of it, all things considered, but I really hated the boardroom and Bundestag settings, the smooth corporate talking and political board-games. I did get pretty good at it, but I was always more of a fighter pilot at heart.
When the civil war broke out, I had already retired from my position, although I was still in official employment, and I fought for the democratic side, as my company did. This was really more what I was looking for, to fight as a pilot for democracy and the health of my house. During the war, ALG and Bundschuh were acting quite closely to a single entity, but when they split again slightly after the war, I followed the Bundschuh track instead of my former employer. The prominent subfaction at the time was the Neue Widerstandsbewegung, so I signed up with them.
Ever since, I've flown under the flag of the Bundschuh. I still have contacts with my old company and keep on good terms with them, but most of my old accounts and pensions are frozen. Now, I find myself just a woman with a really impressive corporate resumé piloting a fighter to pursue another revolution.
Skillset: I am a competent fighter pilot. I'm also a competent transport captain, and a reasonably competent administrator, for what little that is worth.
Why would you like to join The Platform?: I do not intend to go too deeply into the very personal aspects of this, but I do have to mention that I have extensive history with Erich Klugmann, and I trust his political instincts. I despise seeing what has happened to Rheinland, and I wish to destroy the monarchy.
In your own words, what is your understanding of the Platform's goals and structure?: In the days of the Rheinland United Republic, I think I saw a glimpse of it. A spontaneous, democratically organized counter to the monarchist takeover. Obviously that failed, and in my time in the Widerstandsbewegung, I found myself arguing for a more radical approach. I am realistic enough to understand that the vision of Erich and the platform is a very lofty goal, but I am tired of half-arsed measures. A truly democratic platform on a base level is what inspires me to fight now.
Do you have any prior and/or current employment or affiliations? If so, do you expect retaliation for leaving these affiliations in favor of the Bundschuh?: Obviously, yes. I was the company president of ALG for seven years. I have already retired from this position and officially joined the Bundschuh.
Are you submitting this application on behalf of a larger ship? (i.e Gunship, Transport, etc) If so, we will relay this same application to other assenting crew: No. I only own a few fighters now. I do have some relatively meagre non-frozen funds left if something like that needs to be financed, though.
Are you interested in joining an established Cell (i.e. Gloaming Flotilla, Damnatio Memoriae) or forming another? Partisan Independence is also allowed: No, I want to find my own path.
Is there any other pertinent information you would like to add to this application?: No. There are many other things I want to say, but I'll say them in person.
