Esteemed Conclave,

In the lights of the recent construction of the Exotic Materials Laboratory on Ravenna Invicta, I went looking for something... anything tht can justify our investment in that facility.To my surprise, I did not have to look to far. Commander Hierra requested our Logistics support recently. And while I was browsing Sanctum's storage facilities for Xeno Relics and Artifacts, I noticed some strange materials. I could not investigate further as Commander Hierra's message was quite urgent. Therefore, I remembered seeing them but I could not find anything related to them on our communication channels. Luckly, the transport manifests were still there, neatly dated. I have attached them here.

I wonder how did these materials get on Sanctum? Is there a way to get more? I did heard some rumors from my contacts in the Omicrons, but do we know anything for certain? Was the delivery of these materials a late answer to senor Garcia call for expanding Sanctum?
