Captain Summers,

I have recieved word from the Duty Officer at Norfolk that the Bretonian Crecy-class, Gibraltar, was released today.

On return on the vessel, which appeared to have suffered quite severe damage and is currently undergoing repairs - to which no report has been filed by yourself. The flight log and onboard systems appear to have been flown within the Kansas system.

With the former Kansas campaign having come to it's inevitable conclusion in the last year, and all assets long ordered home, I'd be interested as to why you have done so without authorization.

You are hereby placed on notice and preliminarily found in breach of the Fleet's Code of Conduct, with trial pending. Details of which and specific charges will be presented to you in the coming days.
