Recent happenings across our areas of interest have warranted a change in the designation of the director of our foremost installation, Alba Station. The acting director, Obsevador Miguel Perez, has done great work with the tremendous responsibility of handling the management of a new installation in its early phase. However, he will resume active duty on the frontlines where his talents could be better utilized. In his place, we have found a fit like no other for the post of managing director. Dr. Valentin Fuster, a renowned Maltese personality with expertise in various types of research, manufacturing, and operations management, will take the reins and lead base operations and logistics, effective immediately. He will work alongside Director Fabio Gomez and may attend to any other matters of importance, albeit under myself.
