I mean... it sounds clear as day to me. So far my faction and I have build up a core 3 base in about 14 days or so and all the commands and recipies etc seem simple enough to me. Especialy now, with The Kusari's guide everything is clear, simple and in one place. I don't see anything complicated or particlary expensive there, though I may be not the best one to gauge expensivness, given my addiction to trading.
