Yes. That's how RP works. If it makes sense, it won't get sanctioned. I once shot another Liberty Navy ID who was fleeing to the Insurgency and in breach of Liberty Law. Didn't get sanctioned for it, didn't even get reported for it I don't think, because it made sense inrp. Actual high quality RP and things that make sense despite not quite lining up with server rules don't get sanctionlanced.

2.3 - Metagaming / Powergaming is not allowed. Bypassing a faction by using an alt from said faction to avoid consequences is literally metagaming. Again, DTR has been mining XRs for 2 years and delivering them to factions, groups, mining them for people. Not sure what the big shocker is here, it's literally the main way for Corsairs to make money, inRP and ooRP.


I ask again, where have you done any RP or negotiations with DTR about XR ooRP or otherwise?

I didn't, because I don't mine XRs. You're assuming. I have sometimes escorted people who do, but I have never mined them myself. I just think it's both powergaming and toxic gameplay to try and gatekeep a commodity and then wonder why people don't want to interact with you over it. Action, consequence. There has been a recurring narrative that this alleged metagaming is detrimental to DTR's profit, but what about your own attempted monopoly being detrimental to other players? It feels a little bit like you're ignoring one side of the story here.

I'm not sure what this is based on given that I go out of my way to give people RP when they are around. Plenty of people can attest to this.
