I ask again - has there been any negotiations inRP or ooRP about XRs? You've yet to bring one example where people have actually come to discuss XRs with DTR. Especially a scenario, where DTR has told someone to proverbially go to hell.

If anyone wants to RP/negotiate about XRs, make a bulk order, I dunno do a 101 basics in negotiation like ''Hey, repeat customer = discount!?'' - I am sure the dudes and dudettes currently in charge will accommodate and do some RP.
