@Levenna You're not looking at the big picture. This happens again and again in many events. The Corsair playerbase is many times more numerous than anyone who would be supporting the Outcasts. Also, the fact that Corsairs are buying stuff from a Corsair base means that any possibility of them being surprise-ambushed is a smidge bit smaller.
Now FLCompanion tells me that Malta is slightly more profitable, but when you weigh in the risk it will be very understandable if the Outcasts end up left in the dust on this one.
