Thought that might get your attention,

It seems Bretonian humour is wasted here, so I'll dispose of that now.

A pleasure to finally make your acquaintance, Pack Leader. I don't do well with 'middle-men' who consider under-handed insults a form of communication, nor do you, so I'm glad we see eye-to-eye. Your reputation speaks for itself and I'd much rather address someone with actual influence worthy of respect. I'm no diplomat, I'm just a man who's had enough and is prepared to do something about it.

What is true is that we're having a hard time, I won't lie about that. The assets that we had to commit to the Independent Worlds also did not come from Dublin, the Crown and Corsairs have put a noose around our attempt at a Free State and are making it mighty hard for us to move around forces. Additionally, the Molly movement isn't as unified as we'd like it to be, we have several cells and organisations all across Bretonia working together attempting to break the proverbial chains.

The sharing of our recent foray into Magellan was done in an attempt to be forthright with you. I've no interest in getting into a turf war, we have enough of that with the Gaians and Corsairs as is, nor do we have any intentions of stealing something you could rightfully steal yourselves.

We're spread thin and are unable to address the growing security in and around Magellan, our strike against Liberty assets was done very much in the same manner as all of our attacks, in desperation. With the vast majority of our forces dedicated to breaking the blockade, I'm forced to throw myself at your feet and request assistance. Granted, something we should have done to begin with. That's a mistake I aim to rectify.

Of course, I'm not so blind to presume such assistance to be free.

You could just as well get a good laugh out of this, turn me down out of spite or to make a point given our actions.
