Thank you for our conversation last New Moscovian cycle, and for taking the effort to track down the Starannist' in order to share your concerns with us. As the intent is for this communication to be relayed to another entity, allow me to summarise the crucial points of our exchange in the following data packet.

I represent a small human collective known as Commune 47. We are researchers and scientists whose priority directive is the identification and study of the non-human for the betterment of our people and the people of the Coalition. In carrying out this directive, I have encountered Unit-9467F whilst making an initial exploration of Omicron Pi.

Unit-9467F intercepted my craft within a gaseous planetary body where I had discovered an unidentified object. This object concerns us. Since then, we have made a number of small survey operations to the object in order to collect data and commit to a detailed study. We currently lack the means for an in-depth operation on the object itself. Therefore we have been conducting surface scans and collecting fragments to be analysed within our laboratories.

Unit-9467F has shared it's concern with us that, after detecting these survey operations, that without communication with yourself that these may be mistaken for incursions that threaten your kin. I wish to reach out to youto request that Commune 47's research operations are seen not as a threat, and offer any information that shall aid you in coming to that conclusion.
