Depending on ze case I'll forward zem to Direktorin Wolf. Ze first preparation stage of clearing zat problem is to draw a frame around all rheinland installation as a kind of "protection zone". I also will request a cruiser filled wiz mox from Direktorin Wolf. It will enter ze Planet Saigons atmosphere if we need an ultima ratio reaction.
