Guten Tag Oberkommando,
I went on a standard patrol with my Kollegen from the cruiser KKS-Kaiserschlacht and fighter pilot Noah Butzler. Roaming the Hamburg system we met Spa and Cruise vessel ONE-Beefmaster. The captain Hilda treated us with some nice Schweinshaxe for underway. (great food by the way) Also a liner with a Freelancer IFF called Arkania came by.
In return, we escorted both ships until Hudson. After that we went to check Omega 7 and were offered to transfer 18 Hessian prisoners to Mecklenburg Prison. We accepted. However, it seemed like the Hessians caught wind of this as a Vidar cruiser called RHC-Vidar was waiting us at the docking gate from Stuttgart to New Berlin. We outnumbered the cruiser, but taking no risk of encountering possible enemy reinforcement, i decided to fly back and dock on planet Stuttgart to drop off the prisoners temporarily in a cell there. Meanwhile the KKS-Kaiserschlacht and Noah Butzler engaged the enemy cruiser.
Upon undocking, it turned out securing the prisoners was the right call, as another Vidar cruiser called RHC-Baldr was on an intercept course from the direction of Omega 7. I couldn't help out my kollegen back at the jumpgate as the Baldr forced out an engagement on me. While I was able to damage the cruiser, it managed to disable my ship first. My kollegen also got disabled at the jumpgate, but managed to do quite some damage to their ships as well. We sent a distress signal, and reinforcements arrived on the scene but the Hessians left at this point.
While we got defeated, we did what was right and secured the prisoners. Which was the reason the Hessians paid a visit in the first place.
