There's 4 BHG claims, 13 Corsair, 2 Coalition kill and 4 Piracy claims. All of which are either our enemies or can be pirated by Outcasts. What exactly are you talking about by deals or inRP knowledge?

I pointed to HS as a standard of how to play baddies right. I still believe there are good people still in the faction, but as with Discovery, the standard of how to conduct yourself in an RP platform has dropped.
So a HS player tried to interact with you on a spot with lawful NPC stations around. Did I understand it correctly? Do you mean to say unlawfuls should not be able to fly or interact in lawful territory and that would be upholding higher standards? There really is nothing wrong with that. Lawfuls can visit unlawful territory to start something and vice-versa.
