Isa would Smile at Misses Garcia and take her hand while she would speak with her. She was happy that Mac would Distract the Children while she Spoke with her and told her the bad news. She was sure that Miss Garcie would Inform the Children about the Sad Reality when the time was right. She knew how hard this was and she would not leave her alone with it if she wanted her help. Isa knew how hard such a loss was on a family and she would do her best to soften the Blow.

Isabella: Dr. Wilson is Right, you should not see him like this. Keep him in your Memory like he was in Life and not like this. I promise you we will do our best to make him look as if you know him when the time to say goodbye comes. I know how hard this time is for you, so if you need any help, or just someone to talk to, then please contact me.

Isabella would stay with her for a while longer till she was sure that Misses Garcia would be in the care of other Families, and that she was stable enough to be left alone for a while. Isa would Instruct the Nurse to Bring them a Cup of Tea and maybe some Hot Chocolate for the Children, as well as some sandwiches. She knew taht this could also help them to cope with the loss. She also asked the Nurse to bring some Paper and Pens for the Children so that they could distract themself if they wanted. Then she turned to Mac with a Smile.

Isabella: You are not Okay Mac and that is totally Okay. You are a Human and not a machine. Even as a Psychologist you have a Right to your Feelings. Actually, they make you better, should you ever find out that the Fate of your Patients doesn't touch you as a Human anymore then it is time to Retire. But you did a Good Job, then even when you shall feel Sympathy and compassion towards your Patients its not often a good thing to show openly how much their fate shakes you in front of them. You are her rock in the surf that keeps her from completely falling apart. I know it is a Delicate Balance Act to find the right way of Dealing with your Patients. Some need a More Human Doctor who acts like an Old Friend or Parrent, while others prefer the Halfgod in White who tells them what's wrong and how to Fix it. And sometimes you simply aren't the Right Doctor for your Patients because you aren't Compatible with the Human side of things. She said with a soft smile as she looked at Mac. The Same is true about the Touches, some Patients need a Doctor who holds their hands or hugs them from time to time, and some prefer to be not touched at all. The thing, why it is generally not advised to Touch a Patient, is that it needs a lot of experience to understand when it might be Beneficial to Therapy to Touch a Patient and when not. And of course, we only talk about things that are Appropriate to the Situation. Sadly there are some in our Field of Work who abuse a gesture of healing and comfort for nefarious means. This has led to the General Consensus that you should avoid Touches if you can. But if you have the Feeling that a patient might benefit from Holding Hands or a Hug you can always ask things like "Would a Hug help you?" or "Do you want to hold my hand?" Like this, you can offer it to the Patient and leave the final decision to the Patient.

She was happy to Teach Mac about the work of psychologists and what her future Job would look like. But she also noticed that Mac would have a lot of pressure on her shoulders for being the only psychologist for the Whole Colony of Faith Haven. She would not want to try this on the Healing heart herself. So she would try to make sure taht Mac wasn't alone when she returned, Isa would take a look witch of the Mobile Psychology Teams she could Station here till Mac would not be the only Psycologist in the Colony anymore. But Isa didn't want to Promise too much so she would only inform her about this plan when everything was ready. For now, she would follow Mac to her Patient and listen to all of the Explanations about the Hospital. She would smile as she entered the Room of her patient with her. She could see that he was a happy man who liked to smile and Laugh, his face showed this to her.

Isabella: Well I don't Steal her from you, I just try to make her into a better Doctor. When I Return her She will be a Fully Trained and Educated Psycologist. She is already a really good Doctor, but she wants to learn more to help the people of Faith Haven even better.

Isabella said as she sat on his bed and looked at the IV that would drip into his body. She had Rarely had a Patient suffer from Mercury poisoning, this was something that had become quite Rare in this time and age. So she was really impressed that Mac had found out that he was Poisend because of a Faulty Breathing Mask. To check such Equipment would be something that Isa would have maybe overlooked. Isa knew that this carefulness would serve her well as a psychologist. Isa would stay a bit with Mac and talk a bit with Matt to know him better and see if he would be in need of Psychological Treatment as well. She knew that what happened to Matt could be hard on the Psyche of some people, but Matt made a good first impression on her. But she would make sure that Mac would keep an eye on him. Later they would Leave him alone so that he could Rest a bit before his family would Visit him.

Isabella: To have Optimism is a valuable thing for a Patient. Studies have shown that Optimistic Patients have a Higher Chance of Recovery than Pessimistic ones. But you are right the fall height is way bigger for that kind of Patient when things won't work out in the end, and they have a Higher Chance of getting Depression and other psychological problems in these Cases. I am not a Specialist in this field, but your work looked Promising to me. But if you want then send his Medical Data to Doc Holiday or the Academy, I am sure they would help if it becomes Necessary. And if you ask me it isn't good to try to take his Optimism from him. But you should definitely tell him about all the Risks and how high his Chances are for a Full Recovery. It can be a blessing and a curse at the same time to have a patient like him, but we can only do our best work and hope for his Recovery. A wise person once said, "Medicine is Skill and Knowledge and Art Combined, but to have some extra Luck won't hurt the Patient."

She said with a smile as she walked with her through the Station and looked after Colin and his team. Collin would Still be Asleep as she had expected and his Crew and Family would be with him. After this, she would look after the Families of the maintenance crew in Mac´s Office. She would Speak again with them and make sure they had everything they needed, she would also give Misses Garcia her Private Neural Net Contacts so that she may Call her if she had the Need to Talk. Thankfully the other 3 were now Stable and would hopefully make it over the Night. She Gave orders to the Nurses to Immediately Contact her should the State of the Patients Change, no matter what Hour it would be.

Isabella: this sounds like a good idea, i would love to see the rest of the Hospital, and I don't mind staying away from the Surgery Rooms. As Dr. Freud once said, "A Psychologist is a Doctor who can't see Blood." And while I have no problem like this I Prefer to Avoid the Sight of Blood when it isn't Necessary. But maybe we should Look after Greta first, she is after all More Important than a Room Tour through the Hospital. And I also think that we all Earned a little reward after this Day. Maybe there is something we can do for Greta, Invite her to a Piece of Cake or Ice Cream. I mean you know her better than me and probably know what she likes, I would like to do something nice for her. And if we still have time after all of this I would love to Visit the fashion store.

She said with a bit of a worried look about Meyer. She knew that she was a strong woman who cared deeply for the People of Faith Haven. But even the Strongest Minds could Shatter after what she had seen today. Isa wanted to make sure that she would not fall mentally into a Deep Dark Hole. She would also take her little Comm Device and send a Mail to her Second in Comand and ask about the Status of the Mobile Psychological Teams and if one of them would be available to help Faith Haven and
ensure psychological care for the Colonists while Mac was Gone.
