For the attention of Rheinland Military Command.

At approximately 2:00 AM SMT time, Hamburg patrols sent out a distress call for sighting of unknown hostile military vessels.

Upon further investigation, we discovered that there was a considerable number of 'Liberty Navy' vessels that refused to leave Rheinland and opened fire on Rheinland authorities vessels according to witnesses on site. However we have yet to confirm their identities as formally associated with the Liberty Armed Forces.

I had arrived late to the scene as reinforcement, as I was redeployed from the Frankfurt scene. With my added assistance, we managed to neutralise one of their retreating vessels. The other hostile assailants managed to escape deeper into the borders as I arrived.





I suggest forwarding this intel to the Buro for further investigations into state security, regarding their intentions and how they were able to initally bypass border patrols.
