Thank you for your swift reply. The Med Force Enterprises Academy is ready to welcome you and your party. As to accommodate both you and those invited please let us know of your date and time of arrival so we can ensure the docking ports are open and ample parking space is available. Also, our catering department would like to inquire on dietary issues regarding those invited. This helps the kitchen staff from making the hospital staff extra busy. Trust me, should anyone become ill the academy is the safest place one can be. Not that this ever happened of course, yet we rather be safe than sorry. Your crew is of course welcome to arrive early as to help our catering department prior to the event, yet be advised that the duty chef is in charge at all times.
