I am finishing up some procedures here in Baffin and will head to the Academy once finished to sort this all out. Do not take this as disrespect but after watching what happened with Freeport 9, color me concerned about our hospital in Theta. It is a place of peace, a place where the injured and sick recover...of different groups... and a place where the newborn begin their lives. It was built to support the residents of Planet Pygar who fled oppressors from Bretonia. I know that our people have a lot of mutual respect but I just want to be sure that the only guests that come off of any visiting ships will be delegates for the meeting. Seeing the footage of what took place and what remains is well, disgusting.

It is time to return peace and stability to Omicron Theta. Let what took happened here not be for nothing.
