Greetings, Admiral,

Has it been that long? Three years? I ask this because in my travels on Erie and the Zoner townships there, life has been for the most part normal as I frequent my home there. The Zoner population to include myself loves the planet and to this day is considered a Zoner home.
I do have to ask though. When I last reached out to Liberty officials, one of them told me point blank that there would be no discussions. You, Admiral, have stepped up to heal things but will the government listen? Will this be a negotiation or a dictation? I do not mean to sound rude but it is a general consensus.

Three years ago, I was authorized by Zoner powers to be their diplomat yet my organization had no say in what happened. We were caught in the crossfire. If people are willing to listen, I am willing to mediate. Having a home there, I feel this would be proper. Let me know when and where we can talk.
