Foreword

¤¤¤¤¤As the Unione Corse continues to grow, it also must make Provence continue its growth as well. The civilian, legal, mercantile arm of Provence, is represented by the newly-created Mechant Navy of Provence.

The Merchant Navy of Provence is currently led by Intermédiaire | ⁂ Tracii Draco (@JojKyLizaLe); the current flagship is the Luxury Liner Imperial.

What is the Merchant Navy of Provence, and what are its objectives?

¤¤¤¤¤The Merchant Navy of Provence is dedicated to:

• Create wealth for Provence and the Unione Corse via legitimate business;
  
• Provide logistical support for the Law Enforcement Agency for Provence, and the Defense Component of the Unione Corse;
  
• Support the infrastructures of Provence;
  
• Be a platform for diplomatic ties with other organizations, Houses, and companies.
  

The Merchant Navy of Provence operates in Gallic and Sirian space. The Gallic Space is divided into Regions, which is also shared with the other components of the Unione Corse, for organizational purposes. The headquarters for each is in underlined:

• Capital: Provence;
  
• Region 1: Zürich, Champagne, Picardy;
  
• Region 2: Île-de-France, Orléanais, Burgundy;
  
• Region 3: Languedoc, Orkney, Roussillon, Tau-61;
  
• Regional Military Administration: Tau-23, Tau-37, Omicron Alpha.

Ranks of the Merchant Navy of Provence

¤¤¤¤¤In addition to the ranks of The Unione Corse, parallel ranks in the Merchant Navy of Provence also exist, they are as follow:

• Admiral- leads the Merchant Navy, current Admiral: Tracii Draco;
  
• Commodore;
  
• Captain - (not equal to the Capitaine rank of the Unione Corse);
  
• Ensign.
  

Rules for the Merchant Navy of Provence (subject to change)

¤¤¤¤¤

The Merchant Navy of Provence must not be on the frontline, or engage directly the enemy, but only support already-engaged units.

The Merchant Navy of Provence must not equip Cruise Disruptors, except for specific ships, for dedicated roles.

The Merchant Navy of Provence can use fighters, bombers, gunboats to defend convoys or other Unione Corse vessels, and be deployed outside of the scope of the Merchant Navy.
