I see the line about convoy attackers respawn rules, but what about convoy defenders? Also I feel like Wild should be given lesser bounties for killing everyone else, as I think they won't discriminate

Literally one line above it in Event Rules.

I see it now, but it doesn't make sense for me. What does it mean? They can respawn immdeiately or they can't respawn at all?

Say you log a Corsair ship. You die. You are not allowed to log a Corsair ship for the rest of the event, but you can log a Hessian and immediately re-join. You die again. You are not allowed to log Corsairs or Hessians. You log Maquis and re-join. Repeat.
