"Let me introduce myself to those that have not met me, I represent the civil needs and ambitions of the 'Damnatio Memoriae'. I won't delve too much into details on that unless asked as I must urgently get to the point, we need help.

"We've been warned by co-operative cells in the MND that there will be an operation to defeat a longstanding threat to this system. Those who haven't been to the system of Thuringia to know it is a treacherous place, I do heed the respect and caution that is known of it throughout Rheinland, but those of us that are here are know this region or have no other place to call home. Usually we've maintained a efficient means of consumption but now we've been faced with a new reality in this system of eternal conflict.

"Our network received news that there will be a conflict event that will occur in this system, its consequence could potentially be devastating and will likely result in collateral damage to Tennstedt. Our teams have assembled a plan to mobilize a majority of our intelligence and scientific assets, we are choosing to recover a lost stealth vessel that could allow us to maintain covert operations within the system in interests of The Platform to retain a defensive contingency; it seems historically Bundschuh cells get tied into these matters so you shouldn't feel surprised that we have operations in such hot waters.

"But our efforts to locate this vessel have finally encountered a breakthrough. We need assistance tracing a tail of what we've identified as highly-unstable anomaly known as 'The Suhl' and to do that we've decided to increase the Platforms readiness by planning deployments for sensor and communication satellites in our areas of operation. While we will use this infrastructure to locate what we need, we in turn will open the use of the satellite network for civic needs and open up our research facilities to requests from other Cells, further information on these plans will be released some time in the future.

"We're going to need to get in contact with a few organizations, namely the Technocracy of Auxesia, they've agreed to assistance in the tracing of this stealth vessel in return for documentation and research on the 90-ARKM-N9 Valkyrie fighter vessels; One of Geneva's science success stories with their enriched support from growing greater Bundschuh movements. While I am open to the prospect in a trade of intelligence, I'm not going to permit this without advisement from you all.
