I am available to meet at your earliest convenience. However, I should share with you some concerning information I have received in a recent report. I understand that one of your own was on scene, and would therefore suggest requiring the captain to make a report to corroborate my own.
As you will see from the database, I have instructed the arrest of the so-called Major of the Rheinwehr, on ground of impersonation of authority. It is possible you will need to do the same, but I leave the matter in your capable hands.
