I agree that this was a great event, my characters played on multiple sides on this and I enjoyed the apparent "urgency" of doing stuff, knowing that the prices will fall later. O7 was a hub of activity, some of which not so desirable for mining/trading - but all in all that's expected and makes it more interesting.
By sheer luck I must have missed all pirates though...
