New Threat?!

I have a question. I also have a dream... but that is not what i came here to say... well... okay sorta i did. My question is why everyone is concerned about our intentions about taking the fringe and independant systems? What are you gonna use them for? And I also understand that some of you are concerned about how those systems are close to yours, and as a result you dont want me having it. But my answer is that we have no intention of invading any government/faction controlled systems as in Liberty, Kusari, Bretonia, and Rheinland. RM and us have already have had a confrentation, about a stupid thing i might add, and they have seen we have no intention of invading even though Warmaker opened fire on us. Yes, we will fight back if attacked but will focus on defense as long as the system we are fighting is not an Independant or Fringe system. And the more systems we have the lower the taxes will be depending on how much fighting we had to do to get the system in question. If you guys leave us alone you will have a much smaller tax rate becuase we have so many that we will have a lot of people comin and going that it'd spread out and not really cost anyone much. Though if the fighting cost us alot of money we will have to have higher taxes to cope with the money we must spend on repairs and replacement parts, which cost alot especially cap-ship parts. So the thing is this you leave us alone we leave you alone, now how is that a threat?
