Good day Mr Van Leer!

This is Jedediah Fitzgerald, administrator of the Lubbock Ranch. There has been a slight miscommunication, y'see the ranch was made as part of an entrepreneurship program started in Huntsville and funded by Gateway and I believed that type of paperwork was already handled by the LPI.

Regardless we have already been contacted by the 1st Fleet and docking permissions have been granted to the requested fleets as required by Liberty law. The license request has been filed too, as far as we've been told we've been allowed to operate while it is in review.
