Why does this event have any attack or piracy lines at all? The way they're set up right now you might as well declare Galileo a no-pvp zone for the duration. At least let Samura/Kishiro/DSE attack each other in the system.

[*]DSE, Kishiro, and Samura can engage in piracy against one another outside of House space.

[*]DSE, Kishiro, and Samura now have the following line added to their ID:
- Can demand Platinum and Platinum ore outside of House space, and attack if ships refuse to comply.
