1. I understand you want a character who has the ability to use any ship. The thing is, to all logic, even a 50 year old man can pilot a fighter to teach new pilots in any field such as police, navy, you name it.
   
2. Leadership for young character needs to be taken with tweezers. If you take by example a vast house such as Liberty, Bretonia, Kusari, Gallia or Rheinland, even in real life, the chance a 28 year old woman would occupy the post of Director. But if you take, by example, Corsairs, chances are much more higher due of their nature and life conditions that are not the must favorable.
   
3. I don't really 'have' a problem in the general, but mostly the pictures you used (no I did not report for such) I think it would be preferable you use an AI picture generator. I know you want something like an albino young woman. With an AI, you can easily generate them as it was once discussed in a discord server. If you are not sure how it works, there are people who can help or even youtube... but all to say, I think 'all the drama' started with the pictures themselves.
   

Hi Fenrir, I appreciate your feedback and I’m sure you didn’t expect me to respond in this way, but let’s get into it.

1.- As you may be aware, yes, all pilots can operate any type of ship. The Polizei has had its share of conflicts, the civil war was indeed a mess. The Polizei disbanded and two Polizei forces emerged, The Rheinland Federal Polizei and the The Kaiser Imperial Polizei. The side that won? The Imperialists. Then the [RM] took over the Polizei tasks, merging into one solid force. But doing this for a long time led to consequences and if you research about this, it usually leads to a series of tragic events:

Military forces are primarily trained for combat, strategic defense, and international missions.
Police forces, on the other hand, focus on maintaining law and order, community policing, and handling domestic situations.
When the military takes on law enforcement roles, it’s essential to recognize that they lack the same training and experience as police officers. Their involvement should be limited to a support and logistical role, reinforcing law enforcement without supplanting them.
In that context, I preferred to act solely as a Polizei to do what a Police officer usually does (Crime prevention, secure homeland, and maintaining law enforcement) just as any other “Civilized” way and not keep it in a “Military” thing. Still, Polizei had a past in [RM] in this case, so that is why the KPR| can be and is for me considered as “Militarized Polizei” due to such “Transition” we are undergoing.

2.- That is only partially true, (I left a document for people to read anyways) when Freyja took over Rheinland Space Polizei (KPR|) she found there was no one to do the job. She looked for the inspector and military command and even if they didn’t want to, they initially gave the 2IC on the Polizei to see how she works and handle small tasks, to later rely on her to manage Polizei things as the First in Command (after the civil war a lot of Police pilots deserted or disappeared, some officers remained and such officers are the ones who actually got the command in it).

3.- Remember what happened that night in discord? Well, let me refresh your memory… I just came and started doing things mainly to get Wesker’s attention and share my thoughts and congratulations for OF. Later, your friendly “Jayenbee (UTC+0 / GMT) — 01/02/2024 18:42 It’s a shame that you use the char pic you do tbh.” wrote that, and then everyone started messing with my character. Then you followed alongside with some of the members. What did I ask? “Let me find another character profile and ask Felipe to redo my picture”. Then L1ght came and pushed it as Mandatory without waiting, and that’s where everything started. I hope you remember it well.
