I can see how my responses might come across as defensive and highly strung. I assure you, my intention is not to deflect or disguise anything, but rather to provide clarity and context to the situation. I understand that failing to note the character’s actual DOB where appropriate might have contributed to the confusion, and I apologize for that oversight.

Regarding my response on Discord, I can see how my approach might have been perceived as aggressive. My intention was to seek answers and address what I perceived as bias and unfair treatment. I understand that this might not have been the best way to handle criticism, and I appreciate your feedback on this.

When it comes to the options you’ve presented, I am indeed keen to dispel any stigma and improve the situation. I am open to accepting what’s being said, choosing a more appropriate character picture, and being more transparent about the age going forward. I understand that my current image might be technically ‘legal’ but ill-fitting, and I am willing to make changes to avoid any further misunderstandings.

I agree with you that what I do in my own time is my own business, and I have no intention of providing a window into anyone’s more dubious interests.
