Yeah I hear you, and I've thought about this. In a way, all factions that I'm a part of rely on player RP first and foremost, so my job is to facilitate that to the best of my ability. RM and SEO are in a decent spot to be more hands off, and eventually DSE will be too. It will all depend on player interest in the factions, so I will take stock again if things change substantially.
