Leviathan, we are in position. Lazurith suggested that it may be difficult to get in touch with the local powers without reaching out to them first via direct channels. It may be more discrete than openly displaying our presence, but it lacks a personal touch. Regardless, I'm willing to take the initiative here if you think it's sensible.

The Coalition is going to be tough to get in touch with, considering their opaque foreign policy and bureaucracy. Do we have any existing diplomatic channels, or will we be starting from scratch? I'd like to know what to expect here.
