Greetings to you, Honoured Guildmaster.

This is Director Mark Lathop of The New Dawn Initiative. My organisation has been working under the standard, if rather loose, affiliate terms you have for a short while now, and it is my opinion that this has been a great success for us. For clarity, we have concerned ourselves primarily with the mining, processing and transportation of diamonds from the Omega-11 system, though we have a keen interest in surveying and identifying new prospects in the future.

With this said, it would be of interest for us to work more directly with the Guild as a properly recognised affiliate organisation. We have no issues adhering, in this moment, to those standards, stances and regulations expected of official members. Beyond that it is my hope that by aligning more closely with the Guild we can be of greater assistance to you, and you in turn to us in future endeavours.
