10 mil offered sig request

I need a sig/banner for my clan. I will pay 10 mil for whoever does one that i like. Here is what i want. ((JUST AN EXAMPLE))

The same size as that.

For the TEXT in the middle i want: SYN Convicts, I want the text to be like, Jail like. Use your imagination. If it glows or has some cool animation like that i will add in a bonus


And for the background i want like Tough Jailmates. Like dudes behind bars, anything related to jail, or jailbreak etc. Whatever looks good.
