We have begun the modifications to the transponders that You sing of. They shall be complete in due time. It would be within Our interests to bring those in need of the transponders to Our home in the seas of Delta, Lichtenfelde, where These shells can be reshaped.

Do You remain able to provide Us with contacts that can establish routes to Our location? If They are reachable, We are certain that use can still be made of Theirs. Communication with one of the Husks within Our seascape has proceeded so far according to Our aims. We intend to make more use out of these Lightless, among others, in the coming cycles.
