I've received a report from one of my crews, who were working salvage in Ontario on the White Sands. They met with a Bristol ship that was scouting out the area, apparently they're considering setting up shop. Obviously, that might lead to competition with 53, which might conflict with our agreement to protect their market position. I don't know if they're planning to further pursue this, but the crew suggested that they could send a message up the line. Maybe there's an agreement that can be worked out.

So if there's a message from Bristol about this, don't be surprised.

[02.04.2024 19:14:48] BCV-Stalwart: Oh well business talk. Sorry. We've not found any fresh mineral deposits anywhere nearby so we're looking for alternatives.

[02.04.2024 19:16:02] BCV-Stalwart: That's fine. We've found a suitable location near the Toronto wreck. And that existed to mine near the planet.

[02.04.2024 19:17:12] XA-White.Sands: We don't have a proper legal framework set up here, but you should be more worried about stepping on the Freeport's toes.

[02.04.2024 19:17:55] XA-White.Sands: We've got a solid arangement with fifty-three. They make a lot of useful stuff for us, and we have promised them-

[02.04.2024 19:21:34] XA-White.Sands: Yeah, I dunno. You can ask the boss man, but I think he'll tell you something like that.

[02.04.2024 19:22:06] BCV-Stalwart: If we stay in the area, we'll meet the person in question?
[02.04.2024 19:22:56] XA-White.Sands: Probably not, unless he happens to be on flight. He's a busy man.
[02.04.2024 19:23:00] BCV-Stalwart: We'd be well open to offer the same as we do in Bering. Considering the area's resources, probably almost the same product.

[02.04.2024 19:23:46] XA-White.Sands: Just, we got a good deal going with 53, they probably won't like the competition, so chances are we won't like the competition.
