Subject: Special Permit for usage of cloaking device
Howdy there,
I do hope this here message finds you ladies and gentlemen well this fine morning. My name is Bessie Bishop, a humble member of the Bounty Hunters Guild. I am hoping to get in touch with some of you fine folks about the usage of a Bowex manufactured stealth device in pursuit of my guild contracts within Kusari space. I know this here thing is somewhat of what we'd call an extraordinary ask, but such a tool would give me a remarkable leg up on those crooks who hound your merchants and traders within Shikoku and the border systems. The guild, and myself, of course serve at your pleasure, and I am keenly aware of how Kusari proudly handles their own internal security and I would not want to intrude or overstep my bounds in any way. I have therefore made note of guild imposed restrictions on device usage outlined below in the Additional notes section of this message.
I of course stand ready to hand my ship and equipment over for inspection and pay any and all dues for such an extraordinary request.
The guild and myself as always stand ready to assist with any criminal problems you wish to bring to us.
Ship Identification: Bessie-"Bison"-Bishop, AP-18100 "Hammerhead" Bounty Hunter Very Heavy Fighter
Purpose: Assisting in the surveillance, interdiction, capture, and or destruction of criminals deemed dangerous by Kusari and Kusari corporations within Zone 3 (as defined by Kusari's Lawful Bounty Board section 1.1 and 1.2)
Additional notes:
- I got no criminal history in Kusari. Got some in Liberty. Spent 15 years in LPI Sugarland, was released early for good behavior. I can have the guild pull my records from the LPI if requested.
- This device will be limited to use within Kusari's Zone 3, and will not be used within Zones 1 or 2 under any circumstances. Desecration of device usage will be deferred to any present Kusari Naval Forces, Police forces, or government officials, who will have final say in device usage while on the scene. I agree to defer to their judgement for all bounty board work I conduct within Kusari's Zone 3 and agree that under no circumstances this device will be used to pursue non-Kusari government or corporate bounties within Kusari space.
- I agree not to pursue targets from Zone 3 into Zone 1 or 2 unless ordered to by a present Kusari government official.
- Any primary or secondary Kusari forces, (including Samura representatives and Hogosha members) may at any time request I disengage in combat against a bounty target while within Zones 1, 2, and 3 and I will do so if deemed safe.
- I agree to follow any legal orders from Kusari government officials and adhere to any and all laws and contract agreements between Kusari elements and the BHG.
- As per guild guidelines this device cannot be used to pursue contracts against, or conduct surveillance against foreign house forces and foreign corporations.
- The weapon systems on my AP-18100 will remain offline while in Zones 1 and 2 of Kusari and only be powered on in self-defense when leaving the scene of an incident is deemed unsafe or impossible. An exception to this will be when performing escort contracts through Kusari space, weapons will be powered up if a danger to my client and their assets is made clear and use of force is deemed necessary.
- I agree to submit my AP-18100 and all of my personal hunting equipment to Kusari authorities for a full inspection and evaluation to ensure all legal requirements are met for their use and possession.
