I have reviewed the evidence presented to me, and am glad to announce the following promotions within the officer ranks of the Rheinwehr:

Leutnant Reza Pasha, to be promoted to the rank of Oberleutnant.

Vizeadmiral Gunter Kunrad, to be promoted to the rank of Admiral.
