► Brief biography: Magnus Richter was a Leutnant during the Civil War for the Federal Republic of Rheinland. Magnus Richter enlisted into the Rheinland Military in 814 and served after basic training on board the Battleship Karlsruhe in the Stuttgart system. Leutnant Richter has held a wide variety of responsibilities such as planning and flying patrols, after being reassigned to Battleship Kolleda assisting in the assault on Honshu flying over 100 successful raids into Kusarian territory and the Sigma cluster. After the failed attack on Kusari, the Kolleda returned to Sigma-21, and Leutnant Richter was reassigned to the Frankfurt system. The rising tension between Imperial loyalists and the Federal Republic of Rheinland resulted in the civil. Herr Richter has been fighting on the Federal side under the administration of the BDM and the remains of the government. After the reunification, Leutnant Richter returned to his home system in Hamburg where he continued his service in the Marinenachrichtendienst until very recently.
