@Chxlls has been banned for:

1.0 - Don't be a dick. It's a game, try to keep it fun for everyone playing it. Behavior that falls within the technical letter of the rules but not the spirit won't be tolerated.

Consequences:

Bantering in Connecticut is fine as long as people are not offended, what is not fine is using half written racial slurs. Better is expected of you, you're off for two weeks.
