Guten Tag once again to the Ministry of Economic Development.

Here I will outline the second part of my request due to SEO's updated status in Rheinland.

Essentially, with SEO now legally considered a Freelancer organization, and therefore a foreign corporation, the following laws now apply: §3.2.8., §3.3.

I would like to for a license to both carry goods to modular installations in Rheinland space, and the renewal of our license to carry the materials outlined under §3.3, and the approval of an alternative vessel to carry the aforementioned goods as part of this request.

Cargo which you want to transport, its origin and target destination:

• All cargo listed under §3.3.: Toxic Waste, MOX, Thorium MOX, Uranium, Plutonium and Nuclear Devices. MOX and Uranium to be shipped to modular installations in Rheinland under contract with SEO. Toxic Waste to be shipped away from modular installations in Rheinland under contract with SEO, to ALG refineries in neighboring space.
  
• All replenishment and maintenance cargo required by modular installations: Synth Paste, Water, Oxygen, Basic Alloys, Robotics, Hull Panels, Scrap Metal.
  

Reasons why this license is needed/requested, and why this request is beneficial for Rheinland:

• Ongoing waste disposal contracts with Kruger and Daumann. Ruhrpott Mining Facility is located in Rheinland space, while Breuninger Depot requires passage through Rheinland for MOX deliveries.
  
• Ongoing replenishment contract with the Rheinland Military. Handelsdepot is located in Rheinland space.
  
• The continued maintenance of Eupen Handelsplatz, which currently provides discounted MOX and toxic waste disposal services to Rheinland corporations, and it located in Rheinland space.
  
• Continued smooth future operations in Rheinland.
