Deeper Magnetic Analysis

[Image: main-qimg-19b08999b210b721dcf9ddc28bcb5559]
After a day was spent handing over the suite to us, we had been introduced to the tools the Auxesia have used to produce their own results and conclusions. With us having been caught up, we started our first wave of tests. We had measured some magnetic elements within the object when it was held at our Research Complex. As our staff were sent medical leave, only our superficial scans were recorded. On Aergia, the facilities and resources available are much more varied and expansive, allowing us to learn more about the Dark Matter Core on a magnetic level.

Part one of our Magnetic Analysis was to gauge how much magnetic output the Core can produce. We started with rounding up objects with varying degrees of magnetic charge and placing them next to the Core (attached to a mechanized arm, manually operated as it wouldn't affect our test) , each one connected to a recording console to measure any disturbances. One after another, we would move the objects around the Core to slowly piece together it's magnetic field and where within the Core it originates from. It did not take long to record it's full magnetic profile, of which resembles the poles of Earth. North and South, the pathways of opposing magnetic fields matching up with all other magnetic forces ranging from simple fridge magnets all the way to rare earth elements like neodymium. The field itself could not be accurately recorded as the instruments here capped out. We need to either adjust the sensitivity or obtain new tools with higher magnetic ranges. Keep this in mind as the Core's magnetism is quite powerful.

An interesting detail we have discovered when studying the Core's magnetic field, is that despite all efforts to rotate the object (in order for our magnetized objects to interact with all angles of it's field), the Core's magnetic field does not rotate with it. As it is difficult to rotate an object with a mass of 500 kgs, any success in "turning it around" does not change the magnetic field in the way we would expect. Further testing reveals that the north and south poles are permanently stuck in a vertical, up and down. This leaves us with some impression that this object knows which way up and down is in space. Another curious piece is that with regular magnets, they become easier to separate the more they are separated. Gradually lose it's strength with distance. However, with the Core, there is no graduality about it. It's magnetic field is recorded to encompass a 3.7254 meter distance from it's surface. Any magnetized object that is outside of this "zone" is immediately unaffected. Inside the zone, the strength is assumed to be 100% and outside it the instruments record nothing.

A hypothesis comes up, as conductive charging used to be an old method of transferring power from a source to an electronic device. If perhaps we can identify some weakness, irregularity or otherwise exploitative component of this magnetic field, we could try to harness the power via induction. We will conduct other tests in an attempt to discover other ways of utilizing this power.

Outcome

Code:
Summary of what has been recorded so far:

> More of how the core functions and produces energy
> How the object physically interacts with varying properties and environments.
> What frequencies work when collecting feedback data while using light and lasers.
> What’s necessary to move forward.
> The Core's magnetic field is similar to Earth's, powerful, but short range.
> Magnetic field's north and south poles are permanently stuck in vertical alignment, regardless of the Core's position and rotation.
> The field itself has a strong hold on any magnetized object within 3.7254 meters.
> Intention to test an induction charging system due to it's extreme magnetic field.

Awaiting test suite to be reset to prepare for the next experiment...
