Can we have a third standard siege timer bount at prime server time?

I wonder why you would propose this? Seems like another element that would be in the attackers favour.

I've stumbled into various 3-5, 6-8 am vuln windows which are not in favour of attackers (none will siege at 3 am). One hour at 18:00 would be a kinda unique time where you could try to attack as well.
