Bug: Veracruz isn't spinning! (no rotation)

Reproduction Steps:

• Visit Vespucci.
  
• Stare at Veracruz for a while.
  
• You will notice the planet has no rotation.
  

I'm not sure if this is intended or not (as with New Berlin for example), the infocard speaks mostly of politics and history, but doesn't mention much about the natural conditions of the planet, if it's intended then disregard this, though expanding the infocard a bit about the planet itself would be a good idea.
