This is your best bet. Go to ships tab and select your ID incthe top right side. Page will filter all ships available to you. Same thing with guns.
this lists ships that the freelancer id can't buy, by rules. including the borderworld train and many other transport ships, with way more than the cargo limit of the freelancer id can have.
