Every point there is valid, especially in the immediate aftermath of the war and the complete breakdown of the previous international order in Sirius. I'm just wondering if in the intervening 34 years, the net of information control cast by Intels and the Order is so tightly wound enough to stop even the barest knowledge of their continued existence from circulating. John McOfficeWorker definitely wouldn't have as clear a picture as a spacer of what the Nomads actually are and do, I agree - in the end, it's just not relevant to his life - but does he know they're still out there, or has the cover-up held this long?
